DOUG CARLSON - PRESIDENT

Doug assumed ownership of C & O in 1984.  Previously, Doug had over 11 years experience in the wire and cable industry, capped by four years as  National Industrial Sales Manager for ITT/Royal.  Doug has represented Advance Transformer and Republic Conduit for over 20 years and has 31 years of experience in the electrical industry.  Doug is CPMR certified.

KEVIN O'NEILL- VICE-PRESIDENT

Kevin joined Doug as a principal in 1986, joining the company founded by his father, Jack O'Neill. Kevin had previous experience as a distributor salesman, calling on both commercial and industrial accounts. He has over 30 years experience in the industry.  Kevin is  CPMR certified.

JIM STANKER - VICE-PRESIDENT

Jim joined Doug and Kevin as a principal in 1987 with 15 years experience in the electrical industry, including distributor, contractor and factory sales representative.  Jim has been in the industry for 32 years. In addition to his agency responsibility, Jim has served as the local Chapter President for NEMRA and spent two years of as a NEMRA Board of Governors representative for the local chapter. Jim also served as a NEMRA representative to the NEMRA Manufacturers Group and as a member of the NEMRA Board of Directors.  Jim is  CPMR certified.

DOUG McGOUGH - VICE-PRESIDENT

Doug joined C & O in 1995 after nearly 10 years as a sales representative for Osram/Sylvania.  Prior to that, he held several sales positions, including branch manager with an old field supply organization.  In March of 2002, Doug became a partner in the Agency.  Doug is CPMR certifiied.

PAT SAVIANO - TECHNICAL SALES

Pat joined C & O Electric Sales in 1988, after 11 years with a local distributor and a manufacturer's representative agency.  Pat directs technical inside sales activities and also calls on distributors, contractors and engineers.  With over 29 years experience, Pat handles training for distributors, specifying influences and end users.

BILL THORP - TECHNICAL SALES

Bill joined C & O in the fall of 2002.  Bill brings over 26 years of experience with Appleton Electric and is extremely knowledgeable in lighting specifications as well as hazardous location products.  Bill calls on distributors, contractors, engineers and specifying influences.

SCOTT BAILEY-NEBRASKA SALES

Scott came to C & O in 1996 from a position as a factory sales representative for Advance Transformer for four years.  Previously, Scott was also with another electrical manufacturer's representative.  Scott is responsible for distributor contacts, contractors, engineering and end user calls in Nebraska and Western Iowa.

DARREN BLACKBURN - OUTSIDE SALES

Darren came to C & O  in 1997 from Harry Cooper Supply, a major distributor in the Springfield, MO area.  He has over 15 years experience in inside sales and quotations.  After a number of years in inside sales he has moved to outside sales with distribution and end user responsibilities.

JIM MOORE -- INSIDE SALES

Jim came to C & O in 1996 with 30 years of experience in the electrical distributor arena.  His experience includes inside sales, outside sales and purchasing.  Jim handles Encore Wire, Coleman Cable, Ideal, RobRoy, and Ilsco.

MARK BISHOP - INSIDE SALES

Mark joined C & O in November of 1997.  Previously Mark had industry experience with distribution and also working for a manufacturer's representative.  Mark is responsible for Cooper B-Line, Republic Conduit, Edwards ( GE Security), ACS, Unifab and is back-up for Encore Wire, Coleman Cable and Advance Transformer.

DOUG REHFELD -- INSIDE SALES

Doug joined C & O in January of 2001.   Doug had been with CED in Phoenix before returning to the Kansas City area.  Doug has primary inside sales responsibility for Emergi-Lite and Emerson / EGS which includes Appleton, McGill, Nelson, OZ/Gedney and Sola/Hevi-Duty Doug also has responsibility for Ilsco and is the back up for Ideal.

PAM JOHNSON - INSIDE SALES

Pam came to C & O in 1992, after spending over 18 years with CED/Rensenhouse in Kansas City.  Pam held several positions at CED, primarily in purchasing, inventory control and customer service.  Pam has primary responsibility for Advance Transformer a Allied Moulded Products, and Robroy as well as additional customer service duties.

SHIRLEY HENDERSON - INSIDE SALES

Shirley joined C & O in 1995 as part of a merger.  Shirley had been with the other manufacturer's representative for over 25 years.  Shirley has inside sales responsibility for   Allied Moulded Products.  Additionally she assists in computer, customer service and clerical duties.

MARY COLDIRON - MARKETING

Mary joined C & O in 1989, after spending 10 years with another manufacturer's representative.  In addition to her experience in the electrical industry, Mary also has a background in graphic arts.  She serves as our marketing administrator, coordinating sales support and marketing activities.  Mary is also the office manager.
